Students Under 18 Who Want to Take Their Driving Test at Our Location Must find out Which Category They Fall Into and Do the Following:
High Ridge Driving School Students
1.  Check on availability for the test date you desire.
2.  Complete our teen course prior to your test date.
3.  Have held your permit for 120 days prior to the test date.
4.  Provide us with the following:
Proper Identification - Please provide copies of
     2 out of the following 3 forms of identification:
     - Certified Birth Certificate
- Valid (signed) U.S. Passport
- Social Security Card (signed)     
             If you do not have 2 of the 3 types of ID Click Here to see                            alternate acceptable forms of ID alternate documents

Proof of Residence - A piece of mail sent to you within the                                                             last 30 days with a verifiable postmark.

Picture - Provide a passport sized picture (taken recently). 
                      Picture can not be returned. 

Permit - You must provide a copy of your permit. After April 17,                                   2009 any student with a paper permit must test at a                                       DMV branch.

Form R229 - Available at our office.   

Parental Consent Form - Available at our office.  

Provide Payment - provide us with two checks:
1. Check made out to High Ridge Driving School for                                   $150.
2. Check made out to the DMV for $40.
                                               
Non-High Ridge Driving School Students:
Must do all of the above plus:

-Hold their permit for 180 days prior to the test date.
